Head of Programme Management

When that promise is at risk Reverse Logistics and Driver Support (ROADS) is the team that catches it. Program Manager to help us build for the day we don't have to.ROADS is the centralized layer that protects reverse logistics performance across Ship with Amazon (SWA) and Counters Returns. Up to 10% travel may be required.Key job responsibilities• Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery.• Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.• Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios, applying creative problem-solving skills.• Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success.• Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs.• Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems, preventing common project pitfalls.• Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues.• Develop, implement, and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.• Manage and communicate project budgets effectively.Basic qualifications- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPreferred qualification - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedulesAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
