TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Cardiac Stepdown RN in Nashua, New Hampshire, 03060!

Registered Nurse – MS/Tele/PCU – Night Shift
Contract | Full-Time | Nights | Onsite
Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process across all assigned areas
Assess patients upon admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, imaging, and other diagnostic results
Plan and implement written care plans under the direction of a Physician
Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition within a Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or PCU setting
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
Valid State of New Hampshire RN license or active Compact License required
Strong Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience required
Minimum of 3 years of previous nursing experience preferred
Prior experience in a Cardiac Stepdown or PCU environment preferred
