Behind every placement is our experienced operations team handling compliance, credentialing, and communication so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.\n \n Catalytic Solutions—where clinicians thrive, partners trust us, and healthcare staffing gets smarter.**Exciting Opportunity for Physical Therapists!** **Job Description:** - **Position**: Contract - Physical Therapy - **Duration**: 13 Weeks - **Schedule**: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - **Location**: Las Palmas Rehab Hospital (Specific location removed for privacy) - **Facility Department Number**: 774 - **Requirements**: - Texas State License in Physical Therapy - Inpatient Rehab Experience - BLS Certification - Pediatric Experience Preferred - Bilingual Preferred (to serve a diverse patient population) - **Unit Information**: - **Number of Beds**: Covering both Rehab and potential acute/outpatient as volume dictates - **Staffing**: 2 Full-Time PTs and 2 PTAs on Day Shift - **Patient Ratios**: - 5-6 patients in inpatient rehab - 12-15 patients in acute care - 6-7 patients in outpatient - **Responsibilities**: - Conduct PT evaluations, reassessments, and treatments as needed - Participate in team conferences, family training, and home assessments - **Work Environment**: - Energetic atmosphere that embraces collaboration among healthcare team members - Focus on providing exceptional patient care with a strong commitment to developing patient relationships - **Dress Code**: - Scrub Color: Navy - No Crocs or visible tattoos allowed; hairstyles must comply with CDC guidelines for N95 wearers - **Unit Policies**: Familiarity with AIDET and ICARES principles is preferred **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
