Capriotti's in Post Falls, ID is looking for a passionate Sandwich Artist to join our crew! If you love crafting delicious subs and delivering great customer experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Come be part of a team that takes pride in every sandwich, every time. We're locally owned and operated. Compensation: $18 per hour when combining starting hourly wage of $14.00 and average tips of $4/hour earned at this location. We pay more for experience. Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble crafted sandwiches with speed, accuracy, and care

Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient counter service

Maintain a clean and organized prep station and dining area

Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Restock ingredients, supplies, and condiments as needed throughout the shift

Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately

Work collaboratively with team members during peak rush periods

Requirements:

No prior experience required we will train the right candidate!

Positive, customer-first attitude with strong communication skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Basic food handling knowledge or willingness to learn

Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
