We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operating Room Circulator to join our surgical team. The OR Circulator will be responsible for providing nursing care and services during surgical procedures, including patient positioning, preparation, and circulating duties. Experience in various surgical specialties is preferred.

Provide direct nursing care to post-surgical patients in accordance with established policies and procedures

Administer medications, including pain management, per physician orders

Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care, discharge instructions, and recovery expectations

Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

Ensure compliance with all infection control and safety protocols

Assist in emergency situations, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Proficient in surgical procedures and operating room protocols

Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations

Time management and prioritization in a surgical environment

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)

Active and unrestricted RN license in the State of Texas

Experience in various surgical specialties is a plus
