Recruiter- Healthcare Sales (remote)

What You'll Do Own the full recruitment and placement lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and successful placements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of travel therapy professionals through calls, texts, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
Meet and exceed individual performance goals through consistent activity and relationship development.
Act as a trusted advisor for clinicians, helping guide career decisions and placement opportunities.
Maintain ongoing communication and support with traveling clinicians to increase satisfaction, retention, and future opportunities.
What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or relationship management preferred.
Comfortable learning and navigating CRM/ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work onsite three days per week in our Maitland, Florida office.
