Crew Members Needed ASAP

Overview We are looking for an experienced kitchen crew member to execute all kitchen operations, ensuring prepared foods meet restaurant safety and health standards. Responsibilities include cooking, assembling and wrapping items, stocking all needed products and preparation materials in a clean and safe manner. Reports to: Management Staff and Shift Leaders.

Responsibilities Communicate clearly, quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct orders are served to customers.

Prepare food products quickly and accurately following restaurant, health and safety standards and procedures.

Be pleasant and alert to customer needs.

Safely operate and maintain restaurant equipment including grill, fryer, freezer and other related cooking equipment while following health and safety standards.

Work as a team member to assure constant and consistent quality, service, cleanliness and value to each customer.

Clean work area, organize and stock needed items; move items from storage to the immediate work area as needed.

Stock and rotate products properly.

Complete assigned prep work for stocking and setup of grill area.

Monitor and control the food production process.

Break down and thoroughly clean grill area daily as assigned by a manager or shift leader.

Wash counters, tables, restrooms, trash receptacles; gather and remove trash; sweep, mop, stock and perform other cleaning tasks. Occasional duties may require leaving the building for parking lot, freezer areas, or trash container areas for maintenance tasks.

Inform immediate supervisor promptly of all problems or unusual matters of significance.

Perform other duties as requested by management staff or shift leaders.

Qualifications / Requirements Must have excellent customer service skills.

Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness.

Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant, including moving and responding quickly for long periods.

Ability to work in various temperature ranges.

Ability to handle raw, frozen and cooked food products and products in and out of the temperature danger zone (41-140 F).

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Interact with the public and co-workers constantly during shifts.

Ability to read order monitors and recall and communicate products and contents.

Practice established food handling procedures and meet local health regulations.
