Client Service Support Rep (Temp)

Rydell Auto Center is seeking an Express Service Representative to join our growing team in our Oil & Lube department, also known as PDQ. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a liaison between customers and PDQ Technicians and provide excellent customer service.

Schedule availability between the hours of 7am to 3:30pm and every other Saturday

Greet walk-in customers and assess needs.

Obtain vehicle and customer information.

Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.

Sell services to customers and coordinate service with technicians when needed and requested.

Explain completed work and all charges to customers.

Manage a small group of technicians to help them achieve their maximum potential.

Basic computer/typing proficiency.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.
