Warehouse Storekeeper

The Storekeeper located in Youngsville, La is responsible to execute product and material handling and movement within the warehouse in compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards. They complete material fulfillment upon Division request.Key Indicators▪Housekeeping in warehouse and goods shipping/receiving area

Comply with applicable company policies including, but not limited to, personnel and QHSE.

Maintain a high level of housekeeping within the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.

Perform tasks associated with Kitting and Kanban point-of-use replenishment and other materials management initiatives as directed by the Supervisor.

Investigate and resolve local inventory and warehouse issues as requested by the Supervisor.

Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards.

Operate a forklift or other materials handling equipment upon completion of training and certification.

High school diploma or Technical is required

• Technical or vocational training in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or materials management preferred
• Experience with receiving, issuing, and storing materials
• Familiarity with inventory counting and stock reconciliation
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP such as SAP or similar)
• Ability to use barcode scanners and warehouse management systems
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, email, data entry)
• Material receiving and inspection
• Stock storage and binning practices
• FIFO / FEFO inventory methods
• Cycle counting and physical inventory processes
• Organization and time management
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and safe material handling
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
