HR Generalist - Full Time (Remote)

The HR Generalist is a key partner to leaders and employees, providing day-to-day support across employee relations, performance management, recruitment support, onboarding, policy interpretation, compliance, and HR operations. In this role, you will help create a positive employee experience, strengthen workplace consistency, and support a culture grounded in respect, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Strong foundation in core HR practices, including employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management support, recruiting coordination, onboarding, and HR operations

Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information

Effective conflict resolution, coaching, and problem-solving skills, with a balanced and practical approach

Ability to analyze information, document issues clearly, and make practical, risk-aware recommendations

Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with site leadership, employees, and HR team members

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using HRIS systems; Ability to support a manufacturing or operations environment, including occasional schedule flexibility for off-shift or weekend needs

Ability to travel to other Benchmark locations, as needed

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, as approved by executive management. Typically requires 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience for a Level II role. Manufacturing or multi-shift operations environment experience is preferred. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
