Adult services caregiver

At HealthChoice Waiver Services, we are committed to helping adults with disabilities live more independent, fulfilling lives. Our team provides tailored, person-centered support that empowers clients to achieve their goals and maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

We are seeking compassionate, dependable IHS staff to work directly with adults with disabilities in their homes and communities. This role focuses on providing individualized support that encourages independence, personal growth, and community involvement.

Support clients in developing and practicing independent living skills

Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or community activities as needed

Follow individualized service plans and maintain accurate documentation

Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, families, and staff

Be flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and client needs

Must be willing to complete required training prior to providing services

Ability to be flexible with scheduling

Compassion, patience, and respect for individuals with disabilities
