Restaurant Server - Evening Shift

Our family of restaurants features an enjoyable experience for all with great food, live music, breathtaking views, and exceptional service with Aloha.

Serve guests in a courteous, helpful, and prompt manner. Responsible for coordinating the serving station and communicating with the front and back-of-the-house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds our guests’ expectations. Maintains a positive attendance record by reporting to work for assigned shifts 10 minutes prior to scheduled time, switching and finding replacements for no more than 5% of scheduled shifts, following company time off and illness procedures, and having a 0% no call/no show record.

Follows all sanitation and safety standards set forth by the company.

Maintains our guest service philosophy by following guest service standards.

Knows all menu items offered at the restaurant. Performs menu merchandising procedures accurately by listing and explaining the specials, suggesting items, and upselling when appropriate.

Takes beverage and food orders accurately for all tables. Has less than 2% return of food to kitchen due to order mistakes.

Follows all end-of-shift checkout procedures with 100% accuracy.

Follows the alcohol serving procedures in regard to beverage service standards, awareness standards, and government regulations with 100% accuracy.

Busses, sets, and resets tables following company procedures within 3 minutes of guests leaving their tables.

Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.

Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly, throughout the shift.

Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.

Must possess manual ability to manipulate the register system and handle/serve food.

Must be able to pass food safety training.

Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
