Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will lead Craftory's marketing and brand-building efforts as we bring culturally rooted, shelf-stable Asian comfort foods to modern retail shelves. This role will oversee marketing strategy, brand storytelling, and go-to-market campaigns for our Simmer Craft (broths and soups) and Craft Cuts (luncheon meats) product lines. The ideal candidate is a creative yet data-driven marketer with proven CPG food experience, capable of bridging heritage and innovation to resonate with multicultural and mainstream audiences.

Develop and execute annual marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, trial, and sales growth across retail, e-commerce, and foodservice channels.

Lead brand storytelling that communicates Craftory's mission of modernizing Asian comfort foods with cultural integrity and convenience.

Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media, website content, and influencer/PR partnerships.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create compelling retail pitch decks, trade marketing collateral, and in-store promotional programs.

Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, category trends, and competitive analysis.

Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with brand tone and objectives.

Track and report on campaign performance, optimizing strategies for ROI and consumer engagement.

Support corporate communications, trade show participation, and community partnerships.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• 5–7 years of marketing experience in the CPG food & beverage industry; startup or growth-stage brand experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success developing and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of multicultural consumer marketing and ethnic food trends.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms, social media management, and content creation.
• Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making.
• Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
