Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and capabilities in daily living

Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff for comprehensive care

Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers on therapy methods to ensure ongoing progress at home and beyond

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans accordingly, ensuring sustained patient growth

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution

Continuous learning and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
