Pride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to support our client's healthcare facility in Creve Coeur, MO.

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Provide ongoing therapy visits and reassess patient progress

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Ensure compliance with home health regulations and agency policies
