Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and install electrical elements.

Display excellent customer service; assist customers in evaluating repairs versus replacement options.

Sustain proper supply, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the truck.

Travel to job sites within the service area, and maintain your parts, as well as communication with dispatchers, your manager, and installation teams to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly conveyed to the customer.

Properly complete invoices and obtain customer authorization/signatures for the financial decision at the beginning and end of the job.

Be willing to work overtime if the situation arises.

Have occasional Saturday availability.

Be knowledgeable, and continue to develop your awareness, of electrical codes with the ability to apply them in a pragmatic manner on each job.
