In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead, innovate, and contribute to the growth of a company that values great service and lasting customer relationships. Source various packaging products and/or categories that are medium to high complexity and spend; Strong analytical skills: able to transform data into clear, relevant solutions and recommendations

Develop and deliver high-quality presentations

Lead sourcing events from project kick-off to contract execution

Participate in spend analytics and work planning efforts

Project manage sourcing led events including vendor transitions

Mitigate company financial liabilities through inventory management with suppliers

Build and establish strategic vendor relationships to develop short- and long-term partnerships

Mentor entry level sourcing buyers and analysts on building financial models utilized to support negotiations

Bachelor's degree in business/Logistics preferred.

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of contract law, government policies and regulations for the food and drug industry.
• Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills.
• High energy level, initiative, creative problem-solving ability and sense of urgency.
