Recruiter (Recruiter) Full Time

Express Employment Professionals Clermont FL is hiring a Full-time Staffing Recruiter based in Clermont, FL (in-person). In this role, you support hiring success by identifying qualified candidates, screening and interviewing them, and coordinating placements that align with client job openings. You will also maintain strong communication with both candidates and clients throughout the staffing process.

Role Overview This staffing recruiter position focuses on full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviews, candidate-to-client matching, and ongoing placement coordination. The goal is to help clients fill roles effectively while ensuring job seekers are considered for the right opportunities, with professional, timely communication at every step.

Conduct interviews

Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders

Foster professional connections to support successful staffing solutions for clients and job seekers alike

Requirements 2+ years of recruiting experience (internal or staffing); agency experience is preferred

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and clients

Proficiency in identifying, hiring, and placing candidates in roles aligned with client needs

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with employment laws and staffing industry best practices is a plus

Detail-oriented and reliable, able to maintain organized candidate and client records

Ability to manage multiple requisitions

Capability to prioritize urgent requests and changing demands

Comfort working toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Light industrial, warehouse, clerical, or entry-level staffing experience
