The Maintenance Technician supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing and systems in assigned facilities. This position can provide opportunities for growth in the engineering field.
Experience in commercial high-rise properties is required.
Schedule: 10AM-6:30PM Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call and weekends as needed.
Assist the engineering team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
Perform general maintenance including, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and/or painting.
Maintain tools, parts, equipment, and supplies in clean and safe conditions
Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.
Other projects and tasks to be assigned as needed.
On-site presence required
1-2 years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

• Trade school, union training, military service, or college is desirable.
• Strong customer service skills.
