Short-term BCBA Position- Now Hiring

Temporary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We're hiring a BCBA to cover a maternity leave running through February, at 30 or more hours per week. You’ll join a team of BCBAs and colleagues in OT, PT, and SLP who love what they do and are genuinely excited to collaborate and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means daily collaboration on shared clients, not just names on a care team, so you’ll build a richer understanding of every child you serve and never feel like you’re doing this alone.

Day to day, you can expect to design and guide ABA programs that drive real outcomes, conduct assessments and program reviews, supervise and mentor your RBT team, and lead parent training and family meetings. Once your job responsibilities are met, notes and indirect tasks can be handled from home, so your clinic time stays focused on the kids and families you serve.

Bilingual clinicians earn an additional 2% on top of their compensation.

On top of salary, earn a monthly productivity bonus of up to $750 for each month of the assignment.
