INFINITI of Beachwood is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our service department.

We are seeking someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships, and helping customers maintain their vehicles.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, sales-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury automotive dealership.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and provide an exceptional service experience.

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests.

Review vehicle maintenance history and recommend manufacturer-required and appropriate maintenance services.

*
Present technician-recommended repairs and explain their value to customers.

*
Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates.

*
Communicate regularly with customers regarding vehicle status, repair costs, and completion times.

*
Work closely with technicians, the shop foreman, and parts department to ensure efficient repairs.

*
Follow up on declined services and future maintenance opportunities.

*
Maintain accurate repair orders and ensure timely completion and closing.

*
Meet individual customer satisfaction, service sales, and performance goals.

Qualifications

*
Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.

*
Luxury dealership experience is a plus.

*
Strong communication and customer service skills.

*
Ability to explain automotive repairs and maintenance clearly.

*
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

*
Experience with dealership management systems preferred.

*
Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Valid driver's license.
