We’re looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team and help us continue delivering the level of care our patients and families deserve. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our Physical Therapy team, ensuring excellent service, collaboration, and patient outcomes in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. Performs treatments according to the established plan, utilizing appropriate procedures, treatment equipment, assistive devices, orthoses, and techniques within the scope of practice and according to the policies and procedures of the Regional Therapy Center.

Educates the patient/resident and/or caregivers about established goals and methods of treatment. Actively directs and provides oversight of therapy assistants and assigned students by maintaining responsibility for the plan of care and ensuring that policies, procedures and applicable laws are followed and that quality patient care is provided.

Participates in the quality assurance and continuous quality improvement program as assigned.

Assists patient throughput by maintaining clinic appearance and readiness, assisting others, ensuring availability of clinical supplies and forms and demonstrating a personal routine for job performance which facilitates increased productivity, as evidenced by three units billed per hour worked.

Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in alignment with Saratoga Hospital values

Perform clinical responsibilities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

Use hospital systems and tools to document care and support operations

Serve as a positive, professional representative of our hospital and community

Bachelor's or Masters degree or doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Excellent customer service skills and must display integrity, friendliness and compassion.

Must be flexible to take initiative and embrace new opportunities to grow both personally and organizationally.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
