Project Manager A Project Manager is responsible for managing and documenting the process flow of a project from start to finish, ensuring that work proceeds in a timely manner, within agreed upon pricing, and meets specifications, while maintaining customer and vendor relations throughout the life of a project. Duties include upholding the use of quality materials and procedures, adhering to budgets to complete tasks or purchase materials and reviewing contracts to make sure that current practices align with the customer’s/Capital’s expectations.

Responsibilities Customer Service: Anticipate, meet, and/or exceed customer needs, wants and expectations. Respond to customers with a sense of urgency and ensure commitments are met.

Financial Responsibility: Pursue financial goals by seeing and seizing opportunity, making profitable business decisions, and controlling operational costs.

Project Management: Manage the process flow of a project from start to finish.

Project Documentation: Document the process flow of a project from start to finish.

Priority Management: Take control of your time and schedule to increase personal productivity and manage the daily pressures of meeting important and urgent commitments.

Requirements High School Diploma required.

Lighting or Electrical industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
