CNC MACHINIST - Evenings

Position Title: CNC Machinist

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Operate one of several machines, including but not limited to CNC lathes or CNC machining centers for production of products including shafts, wheels, pinions/gears, drums, sheaves, and related machined crane components.

Operate CNC lathes or CNC machining centers to perform required machining operations.

Maintain proper records, files, and databases within areas of responsibility.

Ensure proper inspection, i.e. first piece inspection(s) are performed and adjustments are made as required.

Maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: General knowledge of tooling applications and shop practices. Possess general machinist tools and related equipment. General computer knowledge: Outlook, browsing, and basic data entry.
