Job Description Where you'll be working:
Location(s): Montgomery, AL
Setting: Clinic-based
Population Served: Children, ages 2-6 years

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
Oversee clinical programming for a reasonable caseload (yes, we checked)
Supervise and mentor RBTs and/or BCBAs
Conduct assessments and write treatment plans you can stand behind ethically
Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership
Participate in ongoing training and clinical growth
Be treated like a professional, not a productivity robot

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
Caseload size: 8 - 12 clients
Billable hour expectations: 25 hours per week

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

• Base salary: $85,000 - $90,000
• Bonus structure: Up to $11,000 annually
