Join our team at Lafayette Ford Lincoln as a Shop Custodian, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in our Fayetteville, NC location. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the overall efficiency and professionalism of our service shop while working in a supportive and dynamic automotive environment.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop floor, service bays, restrooms, and common areas.
- Dispose of waste, recyclables, and hazardous materials in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Ensure that all tools, equipment, and supplies are stored properly and ready for use.
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with moving parts, tools, or materials as needed to support service technicians.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous custodial or maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of safety and hazardous material handling protocols.
Compensation of $15.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
