Head of Product & Customer Experience

Job Summary As a product manager on Venmo payments, you will help design, shape, and drive payment solutions to enable our partners to deliver incredible customer experiences. Your primary objective will be to lead the payments strategy, vision, growth, and delivery of high-quality payment offerings to our clients. You will focus on providing innovative solutions that are scalable and robust, improving the payment experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities Participate in the product or platform discovery/build requirements as well as see through that it is successfully deployed

Utilize data analysis techniques to make informed decisions

Understand business needs and solve customer problems

Build analytical product/platform solutions; explore data to find actionable insights

Work with the Lead Product Manager to understand the problem space

Minimum Qualifications 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in financial services with deep working knowledge of e‑commerce payment methodologies.

2+ years of experience leading the development of technical products and large‑scale platforms with high reliability requirements.

Strong technical background, familiarity with AWS managed payments service is a plus.

Deeply data‑driven, enthusiastic, and passionate about agile product management, with the goal of delivering breakthrough consumer experiences.

Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
