We would love to have you join our amazing culinary team here at the East Peoria Embassy Suites as a Line Cook!Responsibilities:Ensure that the kitchen areas are properly stocked and sanitized;Develop your knowledge and skills in the most effective food prep, stocking, and cleaning methods;Carefully follow safety standards, maintain awareness of safety hazards, (i.e. broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks, and suspicious persons), and properly report as found;Utilize and suggest the most efficient and effective culinary practices to ensure that guests have the best dining experience every time;Prior customer service and culinary experienceCurrently have a Food Safety certificate or can complete training during initial 60 daysAbility to complete the following tasks:Lift, pull and push up to 50lbs occasionally and 15lbs regularlyBend and squat repeatedlyWalk and stand for duration of scheduled shiftFlexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidaysWho are we?Atrium Hospitality is an innovative hotel management company that goes above and beyond, showcasing our unique Atrium SPIRIT!
