Job Type: PRN (as-needed, fill-in shifts)

About the Role We are hiring PRN (as needed) Caregivers, CNAs, and Personal Care Providers to cover open shifts, one time needs, and fill ins in the Austin area. Flexible scheduling: pick up shifts as available (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)

Mileage reimbursement and travel pay

Referral bonuses, caregiver recognition, and monthly appreciations

Ongoing training and bonus through our Caregiver Academy

Provide companionship and ensure client safety

Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene

Support with meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands or appointments

Follow care plans and communicate with families and staff

Complete annual training requirements (12 hours)

5+ year of caregiving experience in home care or facility

CNA, PCP, or HHA certification preferred

Bilingual a plus
