You have parts counter or automotive experience -- or a strong background in customer service, inventory, or logistics and the drive to learn the automotive side

Land Rover Redwood City serves a loyal, high-net-worth guest base on the Peninsula with a service operation that holds itself to the standard of the brand it represents. The Parts Advisor is an essential part of keeping that operation moving -- supporting technicians, serving retail customers, and ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time.

Serve retail and internal customers at the counter and by phone -- providing accurate parts information, pricing, and availability with professionalism and efficiency

Assist service technicians and advisors with parts lookup, ordering, and timely delivery to the shop floor

Process parts orders accurately in the DMS -- ensuring all transactions are documented and invoiced correctly

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts inventory -- maintaining bin accuracy and a clean, organized warehouse

Follow up on back-ordered and special-order parts -- communicating status updates to technicians and service advisors proactively

Support parts returns, warranty claims, and core processing per department procedures

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts

Support additional parts department tasks as needed to keep the operation running efficiently

Automotive parts counter experience preferred -- candidates from inventory management, logistics, or customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply

Land Rover, Jaguar, or European brand parts experience a strong plus

Accurate and detail-oriented -- parts transactions need to be right the first time

Comfortable with parts lookup systems and DMS platforms -- or quick to learn them

Clear, professional communicator -- whether serving a technician at the window or a retail customer on the phone
