Dentologie is seeking an awesome General Dentist to join in a full-time role in our beautiful Queen Anne office!

As a member of our doctor team, you can expect:

• Compensation: 32.5% of adjusted net production (with daily rate through first three months)
• $5,000.00 signing bonus
• Average first-year dentist earnings of $254,000
• 8-12 treatment patients per shift (plus hygiene checks with our hygienists)
• Monday-Friday schedule (average 34-37 hours) w/1 Saturday per month

• Doctor Development Track, including 3-month continuum with implant training and live endodontic workshops

Cloud-based Dentrix Ascend DPMS

cone beam at all locations with Dexis OP3D

In-house milling with Glidewell's FastMill, which allows for same day delivery of pre-sintered zirconia crowns

Best-in-class materials and products via Kerr (i.e. Provide ortho via Invisalign with a predictable system as part of training. Vivera retainers are considered standard at Dentologie (the retainer offered for the supreme quality)

The ideal candidate would be a skilled doctor focused on providing excellent comprehensive dentistry, be a positive impact to the employee culture, and be an amazing person! Provide consultation with patients and discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes.

Perform dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities.

Prescribe medications for dental problems, such as pain medications or antibiotics.

Keep accurate records relating to the patients oral health and the tx rendered to them.

Routinely follow-up with patients whom youve provided treatment via phone or email.

Active Washington state dental license (and malpractice insurance).

Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcare.

Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools and thorough tx planning skills.

Strong inter-personal and leadership qualities.

Ability to manage dental complications for any procedure performed on a patient.
