We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Rockstar Team! The ideal candidate will oversee the efficiencies of the service technicians and fleet department. In addition, a strong background in customer relations, warranty and billing claims, sales, and the drive to mentor your team to be top performers. This role requires hands-on experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively and ensure its continued success and growth.

Weekly training with your team

Running callbacks with your team members to show in field solutions

Jobsite analysis information must be documented per job

Unscheduled jobsite inspections

Be prepared to pick up overflow service calls

Ensuring proper vehicle care and stock for your team

Quarterly performance reviews for your team

Other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations

Sufficient knowledge and utilization of the software program being used

Communicate and provide updates to customers and other managers

Setting and meeting performance goals

Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and professional service delivery

Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice

2+ years of proven experience in a management role

Ability to properly train and diagnose equipment

Strong computer skills
