Lifeguard - Pool (Seasonal)

Hilton Grand Vacations is looking for a Lifeguard to join the Cancun Resort Las Vegas team. Located just south of the famous Las Vegas Strip, Cancun Las Vegas, a Hilton Vacation Club offers a retreat from the Entertainment Capital of the World's non-stop action. Our resort boasts 446 units and offers spacious and well-appointed villas and penthouse suites. Guests can enjoy a cascading waterfall, four water slides, a grand swimming pool, and a poolside café for family fun. As a Lifeguard at Cancun Resort, you will be the key to maintaining safety while guests enjoy themselves within the pool area. Your focus will be on providing outstanding safety by observing owners/guests in the pool, performing designated rescue practices as needed, and ensuring that local, state and federal health and safety regulations are met. Coordinates all activities at the pool.
Respond to any incident or emergency around the pool areas and the facility.
Flexible to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and Holidays.
Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noise.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certification (maybe acquired after hire, but must be provided before 1st day of work)
