Veterinary Client Service Representative – General Practice

Full-time: Four days per week, minimum of two Saturdays

About You

You are a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service, front desk, and client communication skills who thrives in a fast‑paced veterinary clinic or animal hospital. You’re comfortable managing appointment scheduling, multi‑line phones, check in/check out, payment processing, and practice management software while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Your Experience & Skills

Prior veterinary experience required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable using practice management software

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Compassion for animals and a strong customer service mindset

Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail

About The Hospital

Thrive Round Rock is a primary and urgent care hospital located in Round Rock, TX focusing on wellness exams, vaccinations, spay/neuter procedures, and tailored treatment plans to support a pet’s well‑being.

You’re Willing And Able To

Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s appointment calendar

Check clients in and out, process payments, and provide accurate invoices

Maintain up‑to‑date client and patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality

Communicate clearly with veterinary staff and clients to relay important medical and care information

Assist with front desk operations including filing, restocking, and maintaining a clean lobby

Provide empathetic and calm support during urgent or emotional situationsAssist the team with additional responsibilities as needed
