WAREHOUSE INVENTORY PERSON

Warehouse AssociateWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials and products.Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.Verify inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records using warehouse management systems.Label, organize, and stock products in designated warehouse locations.Assist with material movement to support production and other departments as needed.Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or safety concerns.Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting for extended periods.Basic computer and data entry skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Forklift experience or certification is a plus.Work EnvironmentWarehouse and manufacturing environment.Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials.Exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.SkillsInventory ControlShipping & ReceivingMaterial HandlingOrder FulfillmentForklift OperationTime ManagementTeamworkAttention to DetailSafety ComplianceCommunication Skills
