Chino Area. Monday-Fridays 9am-6pm

Start in 10-14 days. Preferably Hoyer lift experience. Reliable and Responsible.

Caregiver Qualifications & Requirements

We are seeking caring, compassionate, and respectful caregivers with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience.

R egistered with the Guardian Registry .

Must have a current, valid TB test .

Must provide professional references that verify previous caregiving work experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable, dependable, and professional in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate in-home care, including personal care, medication management, and companionship.
• Foster a nurturing and supportive environment, promoting the comfort, independence, and dignity of our clients.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, enabling seniors to remain engaged and active in their communities.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering emotional support and companionship.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans that address the specific needs and preferences of each client.
• Previous experience as an in-home caregiver or a genuine passion for providing compassionate care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to caregiving.
• Knowledge and understanding of elderly care, senior care, and patient care principles.
• Reliability, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the unique needs of each client.
