RN - Home Health Care/Hospice

Job Overview As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families, and supporting recovery and independence.

Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care at patients’ homes.

Develop individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments.

Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and self‑care.

Support patient recovery and independence.

Document care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team using Epic EHR.

Qualifications Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing experience.

RN license within the State of Maryland.

Graduate of an approved nursing education program; BSN preferred.

Home care experience preferred.

Strong computer and technology skills.

Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Benefits and Compensation Pay Range: $36.69 - $58.71 per hour.

Day 1 benefits: health, dental, and vision insurance.

Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000.
