WAREHOUSE INVENTORY PERSON

Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesStock and organize products safely and accurately.Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.Load and unload the delivery trucks.Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday.Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and involves active physical work.Working ConditionsWork performed in a warehouse environment in conditions like noise, hot or cold temperaturesUse of personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.Minimum QualificationsMust be at least 18 years old.Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.Ability to read, write, understand, and communicating in English and/or bilingual (Spanish) may be required in specific locations.Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.Preferred QualificationsForklift experience or certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training)Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalentJob Location: Heritage Pool Supply - Kissimmee 901 Armstrong Blvd Kissimmee, FL 34741Competitive weekly/bi-weekly pay, discretionary bonuses, 401(k) with company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (vacation, sick, volunteer, holidays, birthday, floating), medical/dental/vision, flexible spending accounts, company-paid life and short-term disability, plus optional long-term disability, and additional life insurance.
