Evening Lead Cashier

Lead Our Cashier Team: Supervise and train cashiers to ensure they consistently provide excellent customer service and represent our brand with pride.

Master Cash Operations: Oversee all cash handling activities including opening and closing registers, counting cash, and reconciling discrepancies with precision and accuracy.

Ensure Policy Compliance: Make sure all cashiers adhere to our cash handling and cash register policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of operation.

Provide exceptional customer service by personally assisting customers with purchases and inquiries, creating memorable experiences.

Maintain Excellence: Keep our checkout area clean, organized, and professional while resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with management and corporate office to enhance processes and procedures related to our checkout operations.

Maintain awareness of all active promotions and advertisements to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.

Support Operations: Participate in inventory management activities as needed to keep our store running smoothly.

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of cash handling or cash register experience

Previous experience as lead cashier or supervisor preferred

Exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
