We have recently moved operations into a newly renovated 300,000 sq. foot facility that will foster our continued growth as we continue to be recognized as the undisputed leaders in our industry.

Human Resources Assistant
As a result of our expansion, we are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Assisting the HR team with all paperwork involved in the hiring process

File documents and maintain employee files

Assist HR team with data entry

Provide various administrative support for the HR team including answering phones, greeting visitors and assisting with customer lunches

Requirements

Some post‑secondary education, bachelor's degree preferred

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Able to work independently on tasks and self‑motivated

Comfortable working in an environment of changing priorities
