Claims Coordinator
Join Team Vision as a Claims Coordinator! In this temporary position, you'll support our claims processing team by entering and validating claims data, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This is an on-site position in Mason, OH, with the chance for a hybrid schedule after a few months.
Efficiently process claims and make adjustments as needed
Maintain accuracy and productivity standards
Assist with non-complex claims projects
Collaborate with colleagues and provide great customer service
Adapt to new plans and procedures quickly
High school diploma or GED
Good computer/data entry skills (Excel, Access) data entry test scores must be listed on your resume
Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
Customer service mindset
Ability to work fully onsite (with possible hybrid after training)
