This role focuses on adult primary care in an outpatient environment with a Monday-Friday schedule and no fieldwork required.

100% Outpatient Primary Care

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• 195,000 - Board Eligible
• 205,000 - Board Certified
• 10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• 5,000 at offer/start

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive adult primary care services in an outpatient setting

Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

Deliver preventive care and wellness services

Manage patient panels while maintaining quality and productivity standards

Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary team members

Complete timely documentation within EMR

Participate in quality improvement and peer review initiatives

Supervise and support clinical support staff as needed

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Completed residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Osteopathic Medicine

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Active New York medical license (or ability to obtain)

Commitment to caring for underserved populations
