Health Services Counselor

Addictions Education: Our client, a highly regarded and decorated Drug & Alcohol Treatment Center in Philadelphia is seeking Drug and Alcohol Counselors to provide services for their programs.

Provide clinical service to help individuals struggling with substances abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Provide clinical services such as individual therapy, group therapy, treatment planning, and aftercare coordination.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders preferably in treatment, mentoring, or coaching.
• myAvatar and/or EHR software experience highly preferred.
• Experience working in a methadone clinics or program offering medicated assisted treatment.
• Must be able to produce valid medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid certification
• Licensed counselor (preferred)
