Shift: 5am-1:30pm (+ overtime) 3:00 PM 11:30 PM (+ overtime)
Position Overview
We are hiring detail-oriented Warehouse Pickers to join a large, fast-paced distribution center in Davenport. This role is critical to ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately to customersincluding international locations.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack orders accurately using an RF scanner
Sort and stage boxes onto pallets for shipment
Handle a wide range of productsfrom small packages to large machine parts
Use appropriate lifting equipment to safely move heavier items
Load and unload pallets and trailers efficiently
Verify product accuracy to ensure correct shipments
Perform general warehouse duties including packaging, sorting, and inventory support
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all quality standards with a strong focus on accuracy over speed
Work scheduled hours plus mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays
Qualifications

• 36 months of warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with order picking, packing, or inventory tasks
• Ability to use or quickly learn RF scanners
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working around material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Distribution center or general labor experience
Shipping/receiving or inventory experience
Exposure to large-item handling or heavy materials
Willingness to be trained on equipment (including forklifts)

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DAVENPORT, IA.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
