Travel Registered Nurse
Travel registered nurse for an 8-week, 36-hour per week assignment in Augusta, Georgia. Provide critical care to ICU, step-down, or LTAC patients, including ventilator management. Earn competitive pay at rates 13% above market with comprehensive benefits and support.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality critical care to ICU, step-down, or LTAC patients, including ventilator management
Monitor patient conditions continuously, document care accurately, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and hospital policies
Adjust patient care plans based on patient response and evolving clinical situations
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and clinical standards while delivering compassionate care
Qualifications:

Valid nursing license in Georgia
ACLS and BLS certifications
Minimum 1 year recent critical-care experience in ICU, step-down, or LTAC settings
Comfortable caring for ventilator patients
Ability to work 3-12 hour shifts, days and nights
Strong communication skills
Adaptability to fast-paced environments
