Job Description
TITLE: Electrician Journeyman
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a current journeyman's license.
Must have a current driver's license.
Working knowledge of commercial installations and have experience with trouble shooting.
Be able to understand blue prints.
Must be physically fit.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
REPORTS TO: Lead Electrician
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must follow orders of the department head and do work orders assigned without question and be able to perform the task in a safe manner.
Capable of running a crew to get jobs done in a timely,safe,and constructive manner.
Performs such other tasks as may be assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Twelve-month basis.
Salary to be
established by the Board of Education
EVALUATION: Perfomance of this job will be evaluated
annually in accordance with provisions
of the Board's policy.
