Shift Care Nurse

Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical
Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract Weeks: 13
Requirements:

• WI RN License
• AHA BLS Certification
• AHA ACLS Certification
• AHA PALS Certification
• 2+ years of Medical/Surgical RN experience
• 1 previous completed travel contract
• Point of Care Testing experience preferred
• Epic documentation within the past year

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive patient care as per nursing protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure cohesive patient care.
Train on unit-specific protocols and point of care testing.
Monitor patient status and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with various tasks needed within the unit, including floating as required.
