Schedule: Full-Time, rotating schedule with weekend availability

Dispatcher – Key Responsibilities:

Manage workforce and equipment to achieve daily production goals
Maintain daily communication with customers to assess fuel needs, market trends, and availability
Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships
Create and maintain a positive, high-performance work culture with professional communication
Work approximately 50–55 hours per week, including weekend rotation with other dispatchers
Dispatcher – Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in the delivery/trucking industry required
Dispatching or customer service experience preferred
Strong computer skills (intermediate level or higher)
Ability to evaluate alternatives and make value-based decisions considering cost, customer expectations, and driver needs
Hand steadiness and finger dexterity to use keyboard and phone
