Job Description GI Lab / Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8-Hour Shifts + Call | Gateway Regional Medical Center

Gateway Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate GI Lab / Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgical Services team.

This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys procedural care, patient preparation and recovery, and working closely with a highly collaborative clinical team in a fast-paced specialty setting.

What You'll Do In this role, you will provide safe, high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing gastrointestinal procedures, including:

Preparing patients for endoscopic and GI procedures

Monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures

Assisting physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures

Administering medications and monitoring sedation response (per protocol)

Collaborating with physicians, techs, and surgical services staff

Full-time, Monday-Friday

• 8-hour shifts
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN required)

Current Illinois RN license

GI Lab, Endoscopy, PACU, ICU, or procedural experience preferred
