Restaurant Bartender, Part-Time & Full-Time

Are you a skilled bartender with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences? Join our team! ECL Gaming is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Bartenders who deliver top-notch service and craft quality beverages for our valued patrons.

Job duties:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and gaming patrons.

Maintain extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.

Process gaming tickets accurately and promptly.

Issue W2G forms for jackpots of $2,500 or more

Follow cash handling and gaming complimentary policies.

Ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements by checking customer identification.

Restock and maintain bar inventory and supplies.

Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience in a high-volume establishment.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration and a Nye County Liquor Permit.

Computer knowledge of gaming system and a Player's Club program.

Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures

Ability to perform basic retail math calculations for cash transactions

Strong sales skills to upsell and promote specials or featured drinks

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and move continuously for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more).

Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds, including cases of beverages, kegs, and supplies.

Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting to access bar supplies, glassware, and equipment.

Ability to handle repetitive motions such as shaking, stirring, pouring, and serving drinks.

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to safely operate bar tools and equipment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels, temperature changes, and lighting conditions.

Clear vision and hearing to safely interact with guests and monitor surroundings.

Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members in a loud or busy environment.
